My name is Blessings (a native name 'Ibukunoluwapo' translated into English). I am a professional graduate with a 2:1 BA(Hons) in Business and Marketing. I studied the Professional Diploma in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.  Recently certified as a  Digital Marketing Professional at the Digital Institute of Marketing.

I am ambitious, customer-centric, optimistic,  a goal getter, positive, enthusiastic,  empathetic, dynamic,  and creative .

 

I have an undeniable passion for  everything properties, sales,  customer service, students, professionals,  support, corporate image and return on investments. I get a real  buzz out of selling the perfect home to customers. 

I have over seven  years of experience in the lettings sector primarily in Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Built To Rent. I enjoy supporting potential customers on their journey to finding their perfect home. I believe every customer should enjoy the renting process. It should be fun,  easy and smooth.

My focal points are premium services,  professional approach, customer satisfaction,  unique selling points  and positive impression. 

 

With the combination of my degree, my personality and customer centric approach, I have helped companies achieve return on investments. My creative flair to the roles undoubtedly  contributed to significant sales. In one of  my roles, I made over £2 million in sales  under 16 months for a new built property.  I was recommended for a role as National Sales Marketing Manager, I made over £2.1 million  in sales in less than seven months in an extremely competitive  saturated market. The site was under mobilisation and the apartments were sold via floor plans.  In the duration of my career, I have helped companies achieve return on investments making over £10 million in sales.
